I have produced a ton of parts now with Taulman 645, mainly as fixtures to protect parts from blast media in our cabinets at work. We have fixtures that have withstood over 100 blast cycles at 80+ PSI of glass bead blast.
645 print temp, 247c extruder, 60c built plate, 45mm speed. I use a class 10 Phenolic 1/8" thick build plate with elmers glue to stick it to surface and it does an amazing job. I just did a 60 piece order of blast fixtures requiring 7 rolls of 645 1 lbs spools for $4200.
