I forget the actual term, but like for one that mentions "sine" wave. I've had an issue where even a sufficiently powerful UPS wouldn't catch in time to keep the PSU in my PC from cycling. A unit with the aforementioned "sine" wave something or another has prevented that from happening. I believe it's because the battery's somewhat weekdays engaged, as opposed to a quick switch over in power sources.
