    uPrint 14,103 Error

We have been troubleshooting our uPrint for a few weeks now and have replaced the cable harness, Z EOT sensors, and the z stepper motor. We know that the error is a Z End of Travel Timeout. We cannot go through calibration without it throwing a 14, 103 error. Today we saw the first movement of the bed for weeks during calibration but it only moved up an inch or so and remained there until giving a 14,103 error.

When looking at the log file, we can see it repeatably showing a Z EOT timeout error. It seems like the printer thinks it is moving the print bed but it is not actually moving. We don't know what steps to take from here. I've read that the plunger can get worn and start throwing false errors but i can't see how this would affect the beds movement.

    Any help is appreciated.
