    Temp reading on BST768

I've been trying to troubleshoot this machine for awhile now, and I'm at a new impasse. I fixed the home issue - wasn't the optical sensors - turned out to be the motor. Now when I try to print the calibration test print, the machine never gets to temperature. I checked the heaters on the side, fans, and swapped out the thermostats on the top and side. Seem fine.

But something weird on the display. When it starts to heat the chamber - both the head and chamber readings go backwards. Meaning the temps go from 255 down to 102 before it just fails and gives me an error code. The Chamber temp does the same thing - runs down in increments. Stalls at about 52 before error code pops on screen.

    Any ideas on this one?

BTW - the ahead does reach temp to extrude support and material , when I do the maintenance purging.

Sounds like bad slicing to me or a failing hard drive. Delete and reinstall catalyst. Make a backup of your hdd and replace it post haste
