SST768 FLOW rate problem HELP ME!
Hi,
I have a SST768 with the original T12 tip. Printer Wokr fine. The tip is not clogged.
BUT: the extruded ABS material thickness only 0.4mm !! And the normal on my BST768 about 0.6mm.
SO to lessI changed soon the extruder motor but no any change. Flow rate week
I think, i must change the flow rate parameter in the machine CFG. But WHICH PARAMETER CHANGE THE FLOW RATE????
Any Experience???Last edited by belencsakl; 01-22-2019 at 07:29 AM.

Found the solution
I had problem with the first layer on PEI sheet. I changed the config file:
FirstMainFlowAdj=100,96000,1.6,0; (original was: FirstMainFlowAdj=100,40000,1.75,0; )
in the mvcplr.cfg ( on Dimension) now is better stick on the first layer with PEI sheet without any base support layer.
