Exclamation Dimension SST 1200ES Error Code 14, 133

Have had this printer for several years of flawless use (except for the material jam ups, of course) but it's been sitting without use for about 3 months. Went to fire it up and I get an error code 14, 133. I am unable to locate my disk at this time with the error.txt file on it, so am hoping for some help.

Is there a resource for the error codes available somewhere?

    or

Does anyone know what 14, 133 error is, and if it's a DIY fix?

I have reset the machine several times with no success.

It will cycle up, let me hit reload material, start unloading material, and then cycles down again.

Thank you in advance for any help.

    Edit:
    Please see next post.

Ok, our IT guy showed up and I got the disk.

Category 14: Controller board aborted causing shutdown

133: Head liquefier is not heating up

Anyone have any ideas on what's causing it or how to fix it?

If the head liquifier isn't heating, it's a bad heating element (1/4" 120vdc) or a bad 120vdc coming from the power distribution board. I'm not sure which connector it is, but if you're good with a multimeter, you can check for it at the plug on the board.

Of course loading/unloading and then checking the temp with a thermometer after it shuts off is a good idea too. That way you know if it's a controller problem or a head problem. Also there is a thermal cutoff switch on the head in the back I believe. This may be tripped. If it is, you can push it back in to reset it.

    Hi guys
I have the same problem now.
14 133 and the printer it's shooting down, after it i checked the model tip, it's hot like regular times, but the soluble tip it's totaly cold.
I used new fire rods both and new thermocouple.

So where i must check with the multimeter? But i think that's really strange that only a fire rod is working

I have the 14.133 Error Code now.
Symptoms are follows: after start, the model nozzle does not heat up, but the support nozzle heats up as usual. Then an error appears and the printer restarts.

Then I swapped the connection of the model and the support temperature sensors, and after startup, there was the opposite situation: now the support nozzle heats up, and the model nozzle remains cold.
In this way determined that heating elements and temperature sensors are fine.
I also defined, that the problem starts from the support sensor socket and goes further. It is unknown is it the board where the support temperature sensor socket located or a cable break.

    I do not know.

Does anyone have experience fixing this problem?

    Problem solved.
In my case fuse on the PDB was popped.

    Screenshot_1.jpg

    The reason:
The short in the power cables that run from the head board to the heaters.
    Screenshot_2.jpg

It was my mistake, I'm out of inexperience tuck those cables behind the manifold and when it moves to home, the metal flags that are on the gantry slice into the power cable.

    I insulated the cable.
    Changed the fuse.
And the printer worked as before.
