    VERY Clogged!

    Hi,
We've got a u print se at work. It's not been working since I joined so I had a look at it today to see what was wrong with it as the guy that used to use it has left.
Now im not that familiar with this printer but im guessing this blob of material has something to do with it not working!
Please could anyone advise on how this can be fixed? Could it be cleaned or more likely new parts? Is it a DIY job or more involved?
    Thanks

I can't seem to load the picture. Can you upload another image.

Are there any codes on the screen?
