    Hi, have a nice day!
I have the same error 14.39, but my machine sst 768 can not boot, the error appears immediately after loading the stratasys logo, and the machine requires to continue and reboot and the error again.
I did all the actions: - Check the thermocouple wire for damage.
    - Using a measuring instrument, check that the thermocouples on the head are not open.
    - Check / reinstall connectors on the main board.
    - Damaged cable damaged.
-Check and reinstall J505 and check pins 7 and 17 on the I / O board.
-Check and secure J7 and check pins 7 and 10 on the T / C amplifier board.

    no result.

The error appeared after I received the problem at the time of printing, that my extrusion of the main material had stopped, opening the printing block / head, I found that the P400 main thread was wound on the motor and twisted, I took off the motor and removed the excess thread, and then cleaned the tube, which is supplied with a plastic thread, and when cleaning from this tube, the drops of plastic were constantly squeezed back. After cleaning, I loaded the material again and turned off the printer. After the next switch on, I again received an error when I loaded 14.39. For some time the car stood without action, after which I tugged the wires of the umbilical cord and the rest and the miracle machine turned on. I sent the print job again, the build time was 2 hours, but after 1 hour later the material stopped flowing again from the nozzle.
Having dismantled the printed unit again, I realized that I was again faced with the problem of the jammed nozzle and the plastic wrapped around it on the motor.
After removing everything and cleaning it, I collected everything back and again I have an error 14,39.
I meant the thermocouple problem, but since I was typing for a while, I do not think that the problem in it is working, I also measured it with a multimeter and it showed itself as working.
I think the problem is formed when the cover of the printing unit is closed, there may be a problem in the contact of wires with each other or some other opinion.
I will be glad to any advice and ask for your help, thank you.
    Ready for questions.
