I am looking for a breakaway support material. Do you have an advice?

You can use HIPS as break away material. The one I am using is from esun.

    Interesting.
I tried this HIPS, it looks nice but after base in support, when the part in ABS starts, the HIPS unglues from the pad.

Do you use something special or not on the pad ?

This is called curling. You have to set your Z tip offset maybe deeper into the base. Does the tip "carve" the surface of your buildplatform?
It does for me and the Hips doesnt lift on any side.
You could also try to print with sparse infill. This way less material is used and the curling should disappear.

I used the same settings as those with genuine Stratasys products. I wouldn't change them, it works well with them !

What is your temperature setting for HIPS ?

Now I tried this hips material from esun. but I couldn't remove the support material form the abs part.
it is so different to the original bst support material. is there no other breakaway material that works better?

Can you also see bugs in the config-data?
