    Print Using Aluminium

    Hi

    With a suitable machine is aluminium available as a print material. For making aluminium moulds for rotational molding.

    You would be better off to make a mold of pla then use the 50/50 plaster/sand (same as lost wax system) to cast it in aluminum.

    As SLS can be used with Titanium which is more reactive than Aluminium there's no reason why not but the cost of a Laser Sintering printer plus the ongoing running cost for inert gas shielding is going to make that a really expensive gig!
