What do you believe the future of 3D printing is?

3D printing is in the early stages of development at the moment. While we do have many applications for these machines, there are still many more dimensions to discover. Based on what we see today, these are the areas 3D printing will gradually develop into:

    Engineering and Blueprinting

These are the original areas where 3D printing gained popularity. Engineers, architects and others could create objects faster and with much higher precision. My broadcast is it will continue to be one of the most dominant industries where industrial or commercial 3D printers are not a luxury, but a necessity.

    Jewelry Manufacturing

3D printing allows artists to create mind-blowing jewelry faster, with less human labor, and with the help of their incredible creativity. This also means, every one of us will be able to print our own jewelry in the future, no more need for shopping. 3d printer for jewelry casting

    Biomedicine

It’s not just medicine, it’s a cool combo of medicine and technology. 3D bioprinting will allow dentists to create better fitting implants, doctors to replace vital organs without queues, and laboratories having endless source of human tissue and organs to test new drugs on. All this will soon be possible thanks to 3D bioprinting.

    Retail

Nike and Adidas are already experimenting with the use of 3D printers to create shoes. It won’t be long until other retailers will be able to jump on this new opportunity and fill the market with 3D printed clothes, shoes, hats, purses, etc. 3d printing services in Orissa, Jharkhand,West Bengal,Bihar, andhrapradesh, india

    Architecture

Same for an architect, who can use the computer to design a complete house and then print it scaled in 3D for the customer to evaluate. He would have a real 3D model that their customers could hold and look at from all directions. Mostly, they would need some handwork and proper craft skills to make it but this way, the computer will just make it for them. 3d printing in architecture industry

So, the future for 3D printing will mostly be rapid prototyping so models can be made before they continue to work on the product and make it final. The 3D printer could also be used to make molds that would later be used for mass production. 3d printing technology in chennai, kolkata.

You can see that a lot of trends are to flood the print industry in 2020. Though many big players in the print industry have already welcomed the latest trends, these trends have yet to cover a long distance before every single organization adopts them. But surely, these printing industry trends are going to bring revolutionary changes in the entire print industry.

Cloud Printing and 3D Printing - 3D printers are already in the market. However, in the near future, they would be a necessity rather than a luxury. Technologies are advancing, and the cost of 3D printing would reduce, making it a must-have. Besides, with eCommerce, cloud printing is not too far away. Print businesses will be able to work from anywhere and anytime.

Overall, the future is bright, full of innovation and possibilities.

Meanwhile, you can read our article - Printing Industry Trends 2020 and explore.

As of Now, we can say that 3d printing is more useful to business for new product development, prototyping in different industries such as automotive, electronics, aerospace, defense, healthcare, fashion etc,. there is a highly used FDM Technology & polymer material segment.

3D printing is giving many benefits such as, Ease in development of customized products, reduction in manufacturing cost and process downtime, government investments in 3D printing projects , and development of new industrial-grade 3D printing materials are the key drivers for the market. Increased demand for healthcare supplies due to COVID-19 outbreak, potential to improve manufacturing processes and enhance supply chain management and emerging applications in several industries have created several opportunities for the manufacturers in the 3D printing market.

3D printing(additive manufacturing) can be used in different industries like aerospace, automotive, electronics, healthcare, defense, fashion, etc. it is also used in businesses, homes, or disaster sites. Nowadays 3d printing is growing in india. maybe, it can grow by 22.5% CAGR.

There is polymer segment material used more than other material segments. it will divert to the metal segment in future.
