3d printing covid protective masks for doctors
I've found a story about a cool project how 3d printing and 3d scanning was used to upgrade snorkeling masks to defend themself from covid-19. It's cool and interesting. But the an idea I came up with. Such mask is reusable, you only need to change the filters and clean the mask. I think that we actually can scan not the existing universal mask but the face and head of a user to be able to make individual perfectly fitting mask. It sounds expensive but I think safety worth it.
