    Question Printing Error

    I really need help with this. For some reason my 3d printer will only print one model. So lets say I put a model of a stick figure and send it to the printer. I will not print the stick figure instead it will print another model. No matter what I do it always prints the same thing, even when I reset it. Any suggestions?
    I appreciate any help I can get.
