Fortus 360mc: "Support Head Temp. Control" Error

My Fortus 360mc has been stopping half-way through prints, and Control Center gives me the follow error:
"Support Head Temp. Control Error". Has anyone dealt with this, or have any ideas on how to address the problem?

As an aside, on the last print that failed, there is only support material on the first layer, which the printer got through with no problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello,
May you have interest in alternative exact replacement to OEM materials for Fortus serie? We have ABS, ASA, TPU 95A, Ultem 9085, Support 9085, PC, PC-ABS, PC-ABS FR UL94 V0, Ultem 1010, PPSF with EEPROMs and with pricing 30-45% lower then OEM. Also we have TPU upgrade and Nylon CF upgrade option for your Fortus. Concerning your question we also could help.

I resolved this problem. One of the heater cartridge wires had fatigued and broken. Therefore, sometimes, the contact would break and the printer would throw the error stated above. I resolved the problem my simply replacing the heater cartridge.
