Has anyone seen a 3D Printer that makes window glazing seal extrusions at any length?

I am imagining a 3D printer with the build table replaced with a drive roller or 2 that grips the extrusion and drops it down each time the print layer is done.
Not sure how you would start it off but maybe a soft waste piece of material is the build pad to start it?
The printer keeps printing until the required length is finished. 1M or 20M. Has anyone seen such a thing?
