Making Spares for a classic motor cylcle

Hi, I am looking at making hard to get plastic and flexible classic motor cycle spares for my motor cycle collection collection, i have no knowledge of CAD or 3d Printers but have experienc in computing and web design, have a decent laptop and printer/scanner, just wondering what sort of outlay I would need and what 3d printers, hardware and software I would need, I have looked at Autodesk Fusion and 360, is this suitable?
