Print moving (misaligned) near end of print

I have 2 printers, an Ender Pro 3 and a Geetech A10m. I recently started using the Geetech again as I had an issue with extrusion (the nozzle was too small, even though it was what the printer came with) and now that I have that issue fixed, it appears that the last 1/4 or so of my prints will become misaligned, where they will either continue off a few inches or completely leave the print all together and create a free-floating mess of filament. I've tried every thing I can think of to trouble shoot and double and triple checked that it isn't in the print files. Is there some obvious solution I am missing?
