Hi
I'm starting my project to enllarge printing area on my "P802M Prusa i3 3d Printer DIY kit".

Mi concern is wether to continue to use belt for the x and y axels or to change them to crew lead. Also if i use screw lead i was thinking on use "standart/comercial" m10/M8 screw lead's.
Can i get your advise?

I would imagine that using leadscrews for the X and Y will noticeably slow down your print speed. X and Y need to move and move a lot. the Z axis only moves a very little bit and then stops for a whole layer.

After listening to several opinions and advices i decided to change the drawing of the printer to this one:

It would have less oscilation on the printer head.
In the future i'm thinking on ading a changable printing head so i can make a hibrid 3d printer, cnc and plotter.
