3d touch printer measurement problem?

Hello.
We have 3d touch printer.
This printer is printing exellent quality product.
But the measurements are very wrong.
The holes measures 1.2 mm small. The holes are full round. No geometric errors.
The outside diameters is bigger 1.2 mm.
We are using Axon 3.0 and firmware 5.4.1.
