Wink Help with designing a large simple object

I'm new to 3d printing , and I would ask you for an advise.
    I want to print a large object (97cm x 30cm x 4cm ) and thick about 4mm .
I've bought Monoprice Mini v2 for the job but obviously I need to split the design to many small pieces ( mini v2 has printing volume 12cm x 12cm x 12cm ) that I will join afterwards.

In attachment is a bit simplified form I want to get as a result:

    Magnificent Kieran-Snicket.stl

Can you advise me how to split it into pieces so they will be easy to join afterwards and will fit tightly??

    With regards
