How Will 3D Printing Reshape the Future of Pharmacy

We live in a medication nation”.

That’s how Daniel Kraft, faculty chair for Medicine at Singularity University and founder and chair for Exponential Medicine, opened up his presentation about the future of pharmacy at a TED Salon even in August.

Getting the right dose at the right time and in the right way is fundamental to keep our body healthy and to avoid counter effects. Yet, being able to juggle multiple medications at the same time can be tricky, if not stressful.

These are only some of the challenges still affecting patients and drug manufacturers in the United States.

How do we solve them?

According to Kraft, the solution is 3D printing.
